Cartridges with yellow/orange tape

Make sure you remove the yellow/orange tape completely before installing the cartridge. Unsuccessful tape removal (Image A) might cause poor print quality, missing color, and no printing. Your cartridge should look like Image B after tape removal.

Note: This troubleshooting is only for the cartridges with yellow/orange tape to pull at the top. It should not be applied to other types of cartridges.
